Could your comment or question be used to serve others on the site? If so, think about using the site comment options. At the end of every blog post you can leave a comment for all to see, this is especially good if your thought to contact us came after reading an article.
Second… Are you planning on writing a long winded letter telling us about all reasons life shouldn’t be the way it is? We’re not too much concerned with “nitty gritty” details when it comes to offering advice or support. To us, the details tend to cloud the real issue at hand. So when writing your letter, please focus on two things… The Point, and Your Heart.
