Remember your Discovery.
Understand it’s Uniqueness.
Visualize their heart, and watch it grow with bright colors. (smile often)
Encourage their Heart in Silence. Have you ever spoken to someone’s heart, as though their heart was truly listening? You may not get the attention of the person, but what if their heart actually picked up on what you were saying; or more appropriately, picked up on what you were feeling.
Remember your Discovery
Take some time and remember what you discovered in step 3, the sincerity of what you love about them, and speak to that area of their heart and encourage it’s growth. Encourage their heart when you are alone, get intimate with it. When you speak to their heart, speak to the larger “them” then you think they are. Don’t put their potential in a box and view them as just the body you see, we are all much more than what we observe with our eyes.
Understand it’s Uniqueness
Understand the Uniqueness of your discovery about them. Spend some time thinking about how unique they truly are, and how that uniqueness is something to be thankful for. Remember, this isn’t about compiling a list of things you don’t like that you want to see changed, it’s about seeing what is already present and expressing tremendous gratitude towards it.

Visualize their heart, and watch it grow with bright colors. Sound weird? I know, just try it and watch how it brings a smile to your face. I’m falling in love with this series because it can create so many positive feelings, emotions, and thoughts; not only towards someone you love, but towards yourself as well.
When you close your eyes, see the essence of their being as a heart growing in size and color. Have fun with it, find colors that inspire you, find colors that are beautiful. In your vision, let the heart represent all the goodness they are, and as it expands let that feeling of excitement grow from within you.
